Plans & Subscriptions

Choose a plan and manage your organization's subscription.

Overview

Each organization needs an active subscription to access premium features. Plans determine your organization's capabilities and limits.

Choosing a Plan

  1. Go to Organization > Settings > Billing
  2. Browse available plans
  3. Select monthly or yearly billing
  4. Complete the payment via Stripe

Subscription Management

View Current Plan

Your active plan and its status are shown in the billing settings.

Subscription Status

StatusDescription
ActiveSubscription is current and all features are available
TrialingFree trial period — all features available
Past DuePayment failed — resolve to avoid service interruption
CanceledSubscription canceled — access continues until period end
PausedSubscription temporarily paused

Change Plan

Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Cancel Subscription

Cancel your subscription from the billing settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.

Payment

  • Payment methods — Credit card, debit card (via Stripe)
  • Invoices — View and download past invoices
  • Billing cycle — Monthly or yearly

Yearly plans offer a discount compared to monthly billing.
