Folders

Organize your content library with folders and subfolders.

Overview

Folders help you organize your content library into a logical structure. You can create nested folder hierarchies and move content between folders.

Creating Folders

  1. In the content library sidebar, click the New folder button
  2. Enter a name for your folder
  3. The folder appears in the sidebar tree

Folders can be nested to create a structured hierarchy:

Managing Folders

Rename a Folder

Right-click on a folder or use the action menu to rename it.

Move Content to a Folder

  • Drag and drop content items onto a folder in the sidebar
  • Select multiple items and use the Move to folder action

Delete a Folder

Deleting a folder moves all its content to the parent folder (or root if it has no parent). Content is never deleted when removing a folder.

Click on a folder in the sidebar to filter the content library to show only items within that folder. Click the root level to see all content.
