Individual Operations

From the content card action menu (three dots), you can perform various operations on any content.

Rename

Change the title of your content without opening the editor.

Duplicate

Create an exact copy of the content, including all lessons, bricks, and theme settings. The copy is created in the same folder.

Move to Folder

Relocate content to a different folder in your library.

Change Type

Convert content between types (e.g., from Course to Microlearning). Note that converting a multi-lesson course to microlearning will merge all lessons.

Delete

Permanently delete content. This action cannot be undone.

Batch Operations

Select multiple content items by clicking checkboxes, then use batch actions:

• Move — Move all selected items to a folder
• Delete — Delete all selected items
• Duplicate — Duplicate all selected items

Copy to Organization

If you belong to multiple organizations, you can copy content from one organization to another. This creates a full independent copy in the target organization.

Translation

Content can be translated to another language. Two options are available:

• Duplicate and translate — Creates a copy and translates the copy
• Translate — Translates the content in-place (replaces the original)
