Members & Roles

Manage team members and their permissions.

Inviting Members

Go to Organization > Members.

Click Invite member.

Enter the member's email address and select a role.

The invitation is sent via email. The invitee can accept or decline.

Roles

Each organization member has one of three roles:

Owner

Full control over the organization. Can:

  • Manage all settings and billing
  • Invite and remove members
  • Change member roles
  • Delete the organization
  • All admin and member capabilities

Admin

Administrative control without organization deletion. Can:

  • Manage members (invite, remove, change roles)
  • Manage organization settings
  • Manage billing and subscriptions
  • All member capabilities

Member

Standard access for content creators. Can:

  • Create and edit content
  • Use AI features (consumes org credits)
  • Collaborate in real time
  • Share content
  • Manage their own content

Managing Members

Change a Member's Role

From the members list, click the role dropdown next to a member and select the new role.

Remove a Member

From the members list, click Remove to revoke a member's access. Their content remains in the organization.

Pending Invitations

View and manage pending invitations. You can:

  • Resend an invitation
  • Cancel a pending invitation

Only Owners and Admins can invite members, change roles, or remove members.
