Content Ownership
All content within an organization is shared among members. Any member can view and edit organization content based on their role.
Folder Structure
Use folders to organize content by:
- Project — Group content by training program or client
- Status — Separate drafts, reviews, and published content
- Author — Each team member's work area
Roles
